Our Dog Training Philosophy

Like the Chinese Proverb, the right training approach can provide the dog owner a lifetime of communicating with and enjoying your dog on a level never even dreamed possible. The approach that we use is commonly called "clicker training" - but even if you don't want to use a clicker - and some of our clients choose not to - our approach to training is incomparable in establishing a truly cooperative, positive relationship: you and your dog working together to achieve the behavior that makes you happy.

Consistent with our mission and philosophy, "marker" training is unquestionably the best approach we've ever found to train a dog, enhancing the relationship between people and their dogs. For any application - from household manners to competitive dog sports - clicker training provides it all.

Best of all, our training creates mutual appreciation as we communicate desirable behaviors to our dogs - with broad, life-long applications.
